- Reviewing your vendor & venue contracts for proper Timeline creation and logistics
- Confirmation and coordinating logistics and timing with your vendors and venue
- Development of Timeline & Checklists for you, your venue & vendors, as well as ourselves
- Design layout illustrating table, chair, and decor setup at your venue sent to you and your hired
professionals along with your Timeline and Checklists to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Unlimited contact via email & Skype during office hours. Phone meetings can also be scheduled.
- Advisement of traditional wedding etiquette &quirky ways we can work around them if interested
- 2 Hours of Rehearsal with you, your wedding party, and officiate(s)
- Full-day coordination! We start as early as we need to and won't leave until everything is done
and your materials are packed up for you. Everything that needs to be set up, is setup for you. The
only additional cost is if we need to add more staff or if you'd like more time-consuming decor such
as draping and/or lighting. The only fingers you lift are to place rings on each other's fingers!

WEDDING PLANNING
This unique service was created when our accountant and his now wife, Kenneth & Kathleen, in California needed planning assistance for his Mormon wedding in Houston, Texas. I was in Rhode Island. And given their tight budget along with the inability to enter the LDS Temple due to not being Mormon myself, he trusted my capability to research vendors and venues in their price range that provided the services they were in search of. We provided Vendor & Venue Referrals, checked availability, reviewed contracts, negotiated packages, and created Timelines, Checklists, and Design Sketches. The Timelines, Checklists, and Design Sketches were sent to them, their venues and vendors several weeks in advance. And on their wedding day, I called in to confirm that all their vendors had arrived, wished them Congratulations, and they were on their way to celebrating their special day worry-free!

Pricing for non-wedding events is 18% of your budget. We will work with you to create a customized package featuring services that work best within your budget.
Corporate Businesses who sign with us as their exclusive event planner for 2 years or more only pay 15% of their events' budgets.
